Join Hari Das Kaur and explore the Yogic skill of Vach Siddhi– the power of words. What you speak is what manifests.
You’ll learn Yogic techniques to cultivate the power of intuitive speaking and listening and find the courage and clarity for improved communication and to express your true self. This workshop will include Kundalini Yoga, meditation and pranayams.

Hari Das Kaur is a Certified Kundalini/Meditation Instructor Level II, trained directly by Yogi Bhajan, the world-acknowledged Master of Kundalini Yoga. She has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation for over 28 years. Hari Das brings tremendous knowledge and dedication to her teaching as well as a light and joyful energy that is inspiring and uplifting. Hari Das also teaches at Scripps Institute for Integrated Medicine in La Jolla and has a longstanding local healing practice.
