Learn an ancient healing method of the Kundalini Yoga tradition that addresses physical, mental, and emotional conditions. You will learn to enter a deep state of meditation and use that ‘space’ to ease and heal the recipient’s condition and provide relief for their particular suffering. Sat Nam Rasayan®in the Sanskrit language means “To dwell in the place of peace.” It brings deep calmness to your mind and a state of harmony and health to both you and your recipient.
